Our shipping and return policy

All our shipments are insured against damage in transit.

Because of the range of products we offer and because so many of them are unique and made to order, our shipping policy is not uniform.  Some items can be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of orders, some require longer, perhaps as long as 72 hours.  Please check the time-to-ship specification in the description of each item.

Again because of the variety of products we offer, our return policy varies by product categories.  For some items we offer an UNCONDITIONAL return policy, for others a CONDITIONAL return policy, as spelled out below:

UNCONDITIONAL:  You may return the item in its original condition and packed in its original carton, for any reason whatever, within ten (10) days of the date of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs.

CONDITIONAL: You may return the item in its original condition and packed in its original carton within ten (10) days of the date of purchase for a full refund, including shipping costs, if the item is substantially different from what is represented on the website.

Please note whether our CONDITIONAL or UNCONDITIONAL return policy applies to the item you wish to order.

If you receive an item which was damaged in transit we will accept the item and file a claim with the carrier. Once we settle the claim we will refund you the full price of the item INCLUDING shipping costs.

Please not that some items, such as CD’s and videos, are not returnable.

How to return an item

Each item comes with a Return Slip in which we ask you to state the reason for the return.  Please fill out the slip and include it with the returned item, then send the item back by the same carrier who delivered it, instructing them to charge the same business account used for the forward shipment.
